In the UK, it's on 2 channels, BBC and ITV, which channel do you prefer to watch the games on?My choice (reluctantly) is ITV, why?I'll tell ya, the BBC's coverage of the games = shocking. The commentators, they use in the games are arrogant, (apart form the dude that used to commentate on Robot Wars, Jonathan Pearce) and sound as though they'd rather be on their summer holidays than in South Africa, a commentator earns his money by keeping the viewer interested in the game, even though the game may be dull or drab, they have to keep it interesting, we can hear the vu vu zela's in full effect, we dont wanna hear how they annoy them, they annoy me by going on about it all the time, if they were any good at their job's, they'd hardly hear the noise because they'd be concentrating on the game. The main offender (for me) is Mark Lawrenson, does this guy know that he's at the friggin finals of the biggest football showcase on the planet?I'd give a testicle to commentate football professionally, i'd give the other testicle to commentate at the World Cup!
